Disclaimer: For first time customers, we do need the proof of rabies for your pet if your pet is older than 6 months of age unless your pet is exempted by the vet due to medical condition. We require 50% of your pet’s full grooming price plus HST for a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. If you cancel or do not show up to the appointment, your deposit will not be refunded back to you as we need to cover for our business loss. You may reschedule the appointment by giving 48 hours advance notice if you need to change it but the deposit is non-refundable as we have so many no show clients or cancelling their appointment at the last minute. The base price listed for each breed will cover the cost based on the average coat condition, size and behaviour. For additional work required for de-tangling the mats, larger size than the standard breed size, challenging behaviour that requires additional resources to support grooming, there will be additional charges applied to your final grooming price. For example, when there is a need to perform an additional demat service to brush out the tangles, the additional charge based by time will be charged on top of the base price.
